[Preschool Piano course, "Music for Little Mozarts" (ages 4-6), Beginners-Advanced (ages 6-adult)] At MPI, students will enjoy their music-making with friendly, qualified faculty in well-equipped studios featuring concert grand and upright pianos, keyboards, computer lab, reference library, and much more. Faculty are Nationally Certified with BM, MM, and DMA Degrees in piano or organ performance. Through a unique combination of private lessons, small-group Musicianship classes, computer lab, and numerous special events throughout the year, students receive specialized training in piano, (or organ, harpsichord), written theory and notation, sight reading, ear-training, keyboard theory and healthy "Taubman" principles of technic, music history, solo and ensemble work, and much more. The public is invited to join MPI faculty, students, and guest performers for the "MPI and FRIENDS" Chamber Music Series.
