Here's an example of what you can expect to see with the Oberwerk 25/40x100mm binoculars. The Jamestown water tower was photographed (above) at a distance of exactly one mile. From this location, we observed the water tower with our giant binoculars. The field of view was noted at both 25x and 40x magnification. The observed image for each level of magnification is represented below. Note: Even at this distance, the actual image in the binoculars was sharper and more defined than the digital photographs that are shown below.
